  • How long do I have to stay as a minimum?
    Our minimum duration for a stay at oamo is one week. Starting this fall season 2023, we've introduced changes to our offerings. You will now exclusively book one-week well-being packages. Therefore, we defined a fixed arrival & departure day on Thursdays. Please note that individual bed bookings have been replaced by booking an entire room, which you can share with one additional person. If you choose to occupy a room on your own, you'll receive a 15% discount.
  • What are your opening times?
    Our opening times for the upcoming community phase will be from September 28th to November 19th of 2023 (28.09.2023 - 16.11.2023). Please be aware that this is the final opportunity to experience our current location on Tenerife, making it a unique chance to connect with us.
  • How much does it cost?
    Our pricing varies according to the chosen well-being packages and the duration of your stay. For detailed pricing information, which also includes the exclusive 15% discount for sole occupancy, we invite you to explore our website or get in touch with our team. Prices begin at 322 € and go up to 999 € per week, with the exact range depending on applicable discounts.
  • Is there a cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 30 days before the start of the community phase (September 28, 2023) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 to 15 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the start date will result in a 100% charge.
  • Are there working areas?
    Yes, we provide dedicated co-working spaces where you can work comfortably and interact with fellow professionals.
  • How can I book? What is the process?
    You can book your well-being package by visiting our website shop and selecting your desired weeks within the community phase (September 28 - November 19). Follow the prompts to complete the booking process on our shop.
  • Can I book an additional coaching?
    Certainly! Our team consists of trained and skilled facilitators and coaches who are enthusiastic about supporting you during your stay. To access their expertise, just reserve your session through our shop. Coaching prices vary depending on the facilitator. For instance, you can book a hypnosis coaching session to explore underlying themes, let go of past experiences or unlock your future vision.
  • Do I have to move in on a specific date?
    Yes, our well-being packages have fixed start and end dates on Thursdays within the community phase (September 28 - November 19). Please choose your arrival date accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early arrivals or extend stays by a few days within a week.
  • What is included in the price?
    Included in your one-week well-being package at oamo village is your selected accommodation, full access to our shared spaces and engaging well-being activities. Please note that the package cost excludes meals, beverages, and transportation. Here's what your week package covers: Private room with weekly cleaning service 1x Group Yoga Class (once a week) 1x Fitness Class (once a week) 1x Participation in our weekly Sharing Ceremony (once a week) 1x Guided Group Meditation (once a week)
  • Where can I book a rental car?
    Upon request, we're happy to offer suggestions for local rental car companies. We recommend as a good option. When you make your booking, we'll set up a WhatsApp group chat for all arriving guests, allowing you to connect and coordinate shared car rentals with other community members.
  • Are there any extra fees or taxes to pay?
    During your stay, there will be extra charges for meals and beverages. For meals, we'll handle the grocery shopping, and the fees will be collected on-site at the accommodation. At the start of each week, we'll gather the food fee for the entire week. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not included and are generally not part of the oamo concept. Also, please be aware that car rental is no longer included in the oamo package (only self organized).
  • Are there check-in and check-out times at oamo?
    Check-in is available on Thursdays from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is at 11 am on the following Thursday.
  • Can I extend my stay?
    We've organized our offerings into one-week well-being packages. If you're interested in extending your stay within the community phase, please visit our webshop to check if additional week packages are available.
  • Can I use the kitchen?
    Absolutely! At oamo village, we have fully equipped kitchens available for our community members to use. We often cook dinner together as a community, fostering connection through shared meals.
  • Are pets allowed?
    We generally allow pets at oamo and are open to discussing individual cases. Feel free to contact us to explore the possibilities.
  • Can I bring my kids?
    oamo is primarily designed as a work and wellness environment and may not be ideal for children. If you're considering bringing children, please get in touch to discuss options.
  • Do I share my room?
    All room bookings are now designed for double occupancy. It is no longer possible to book a single bed in a shared room; instead, the entire room is available for booking. If you opt for a single room, you will enjoy a 10% discount on the room rate. Please check the details when making your booking.
  • What is the guest policy?
    If you plan to invite guests to oamo village, kindly inform our team beforehand to facilitate a seamless experience for all. A guest fee of 20€ per day, which includes one meal, applies. Please note that we do not permit external guests to visit oamo without a prior booking. Your cooperation helps us maintain the quality of our community environment.
  • Is there a minimum/maximum age to be an oamo resident?
    To become an oamo resident, there is a minimum age requirement of 21. While most of our community members generally range between 25 and 40 years old, we wholeheartedly welcome individuals of all ages. Our community thrives on diversity, celebrating people from different life stages.
  • Is there a security deposit?
    No deposit fee is required. In the unlikely event of any issues arising, we will reach out to you directly. We kindly ask you to review our community principles. Should any accidental damage occur, we appreciate your honesty and request that you inform us promptly. Transparency fosters our communal spirit.
  • Is there any form of discount?
    From time to time, we extend special promotions and discounts. To stay informed about these opportunities, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter and regularly checking our website for the latest updates. Existing community members can also enjoy exclusive discounts, and if your stay with us exceeds 3 weeks, additional discounts may apply.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Specifics will be provided during the booking process.
  • How can I connect with fellow community members?
    We encourage connection among our community members through various events, communal meals, and shared spaces designed for interaction and collaboration. When you make a booking, you'll also have the option to sign up for our online platform. Simply register at and activate your membership to gain full access to the platform. Additionally, we maintain a WhatsApp Community group for past oamo visitors and an oamo inhabitants group for all current members residing at oamo.
  • Is there any program/course for well-being to continue after my stay?
    We offer well-being programs, coachings and courses that you can engage with during your stay. Some options may also be available for continued engagement after your departure.
  • How does a day at oamo look like?
    At oamo, it's all about finding your own balance. During your stay, you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work, relax, or engage in various experiences. We accommodate a diverse range of preferences. Some members start their day early, with a morning routines within our beautiful palm garden. A refreshing morning swim in the pool followed by productive hours in our sea-view co-working office might be their agenda. Others might prefer the comfort of our cozy beds, waking up to yoga sessions on the sea-view terrace, followed by friendly chats with fellow community members in the kitchen and receiving some morning hugs. The day unfolds with choices, like a leisurely 30-minute downhill walk to the beach or experiencing an invigorating hike in the scenic north of Tenerife. Evenings often see communal cooking sessions and shared dinners, before some retire early to bed, while others enjoy weekend gatherings. It's all about creating your ideal experience.
